Our Technical Support Contract is very popular with many other businesses in Southern California. The contract covers software and hardware service, consulting, training, and any other computer-related service. With a technical support contract, your company pre-purchases a set number of *hours based on a labor rate that is greatly reduced from our standard rate.

Instead of employing IT personnel and spending thousands of dollars on specialized training, outsourcing can be used by firms too small to justify the expense for full-time IT staff. Even firms with IT staff are short handed occasionally for upgrades and projects. They too benefit from outsourcing. Typical IT training takes anywhere from 3-6 months depending on the specialty, money and time spent.
